Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly financial reports.
- Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the team in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Assist with documentation for tax filing and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support the month-end closing process to ensure all entries are recorded accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in numerical work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Discipline, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
