Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers to ensure financial compliance.
- Support the Accounting and Finance departments in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash management and ensure accurate tracking of departmental expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in billing or payment records.
- Ensure strict adherence to company accounting policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administration; fresh graduates with strong internship performance are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for business communications.
