We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Leader to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta. This is a pivotal role for a professional looking to take ownership of the financial health and accounting operations of our organization. As the Accounting Leader, you will play a critical role in driving financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic reporting to support our business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial accounting, tax regulations, and management reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, managing the accounting team, and ensuring that all financial records adhere to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Manage tax compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN) filings.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting department staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and reduce risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
