Baraka Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance operations in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic insights that drive the company's fiscal health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and manage tax filings efficiently.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to protect company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors during annual audits and regulatory checks.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and provide actionable financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Mentor and guide the accounting team to maintain high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting management or senior financial roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation laws and regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
