Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee tax planning, tax compliance, and submission of all tax-related documents (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, PPN) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to enhance team productivity and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian PSAK (Accounting Standards) and Tax Laws (KUP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
