Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage external audits and coordinate with tax consultants regarding tax filings and audits.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risk and prevent fraud.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to the accounting staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Analyze budget variances and provide actionable financial forecasts to support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards), and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
