Prima Artha Samastha is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance department in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company, ensuring the accuracy of our records, and maintaining seamless compliance with local tax regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Manage monthly tax calculations, filings (PPh, PPN), and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and cash flow projections for management review.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing functions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial audits.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is a strong advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
