Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial standards.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Prepare tax filings and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and local tax regulations (Pajak).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
