Cakra Bangun Sukses is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. As a key member of our finance team, you'll manage month-end closing processes, prepare financial statements, and lead strategic financial planning initiatives. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to optimize financial systems for operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, AP/AR management, and payroll processing
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with timely reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial compliance and risk mitigation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Manage tax reporting and compliance for local and national regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial statement audits
- Mentor accounting staff and optimize financial workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with SAK certification
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- High ethical standards with attention to detail and accuracy
