Join Nevada Ketapang Hotel as our Accounting Manager and take the lead in our financial operations. You'll oversee a dedicated team of accounting professionals, ensuring all financial processes meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. This pivotal role involves supervising financial reporting cycles, maintaining robust internal controls, and guaranteeing that every transaction is meticulously recorded in alignment with Indonesian accounting standards. You'll collaborate with department heads to optimize financial workflows and contribute to strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive fiscal excellence while fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency within our finance department.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure high-performance standards
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during reviews
- Optimize accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Professional certification (AK, BKP, or equivalent) preferred
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
