PT Pakan Sehat Unggul is a leading player in the aquaculture industry, currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Professional to join our Nila Breeding Center team in Deli Serdang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our breeding operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and optimizing cost-efficiency in our production processes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting principles with an interest in agricultural operations. You will work closely with the farm management team to track operational expenses, analyze production costs, and maintain financial records that drive our business growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts specific to the breeding center.
- Monitor and analyze operational costs, feed consumption, and production expenses to identify areas for cost-saving.
- Perform inventory reconciliation for feed, stock, and aquaculture equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform regular variance analysis against actual performance.
- Maintain systematic documentation and filing systems for all financial activities and audit trails.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in an agricultural, manufacturing, or farming environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based at the Nila Breeding Center in Deli Serdang.
