We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Office Manager to join Pasifik Beutika Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Operations in Indonesia and maintain close coordination with our Headquarters in Singapore.

As the Accounting Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations of our business. This is a leadership position requiring someone who can effectively manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and international standards.

You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing office processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Your expertise will contribute directly to the financial health and operational efficiency of our growing enterprise.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes
  • Oversee financial reporting to local Indonesian authorities and HQ in Singapore, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Supervise office administration including document management, supplies procurement, and facilities coordination
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative and accounting procedures to enhance operational productivity
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for compliance requirements
  • Monitor cash flow, budget allocations, and financial performance metrics for informed decision-making
  • Lead and mentor administrative and accounting staff to achieve departmental objectives
  • Facilitate communication between Indonesian operations team and Singapore headquarters regarding financial matters

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting and office management experience
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages (both written and verbal communication)
  • Strong expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and MS Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian PPh, VAT, and financial reporting standards (PSAK/SAK)
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with keen attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams effectively
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is highly advantageous
