PT Handa Agung Indonesia is seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Accounting Officer to join our finance team in Semarang Barat. As an Accounting Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of timely financial reports.
We are looking for a professional who possesses a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, and the ability to thrive in a structured work environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow their career within a stable and expanding company.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00) with a lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30, and Saturday (09:00 – 12:00).
Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording entries into the accounting system.
- Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax reports (PPh, PPN).
- Maintaining organized documentation of all financial records and supporting vouchers.
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and relevant tax regulations.
- Coordinating with internal departments for data verification and financial audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and financial reporting standards.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
