Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily financial transactions into the accounting system with high accuracy.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, PPh) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support budget monitoring.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documentation and support audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Accounting Officer or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willing to be based in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat.
