Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and intercompany accounts on a consistent basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including VAT, PPh 21, 23, and 25, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking to ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for management reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian PSAK and tax regulations (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
