Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording entries accurately in the accounting system.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitoring tax obligations and ensuring timely compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., PPh, VAT).
- Performing data entry for invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and improve reporting processes.
- Ensuring all financial documents are filed in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and general accounting principles (PSAK).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to organizational changes.
