Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounting system transactions with hotel partner payment lists to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve unmatch transactions and discrepancies within the financial records.
- Prepare and post necessary journal entries and adjustments to correct identified errors.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all financial adjustments.
- Communicate with internal teams or external hotel partners regarding payment discrepancies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, or general ledger functions.
- Familiarity with hotel industry payment systems and partner reconciliation processes is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional work ethic.
