Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices and receipts into the accounting system.
- Support the senior accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial documentation is audit-ready.
- Monitor and track office expenses against established budgets.
- Assist with tax documentation and regulatory compliance filings as needed.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet strict month-end closing deadlines.
