PT Tri Anugerah Jaya is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Operation Staff to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our financial records by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of accounting transactions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of payment operations within our accounting system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that all financial documentation is processed correctly, providing reliable data for management reporting and decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute and monitor daily accounting payment processes within the company's financial system.
  • Ensure all payment vouchers and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and authorized.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies or billing inquiries.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports related to operational expenses and cash flow.
  • Maintain systematic filing and digital documentation for all processed financial transactions.
  • Assist the finance team in month-end closing activities to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary data and records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong internship background in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
