Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions for the outlet, including cash and non-cash payments.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Monitor and reconcile operational petty cash and outlet expenditures.
- Ensure all financial documents and invoices are organized, archived, and updated in the system.
- Coordinate with the central office regarding financial audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax reporting and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1+ year of experience in finance or retail accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be placed in Cikarang Pusat.
