As an Accounting Property, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our Lombok location. You will be responsible for daily financial recording, reporting, and ensuring that our operations align with our company's high standards of financial transparency. You will work closely with the management team to monitor cash flow, track inventory, and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including cash handling, petty cash management, and daily revenue reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including daily sales reports, P&L statements, and budget tracking.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system in compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and coordinate with the central finance team.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure cost control and minimize wastage.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and high integrity.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Understanding of local tax regulations and basic financial reporting standards.
