Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Execute procurement activities by sourcing high-quality ingredients and restaurant supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels to reduce wastage.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Monitor and process all purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts for accuracy.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and inventory summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to identify supply shortages and forecast future needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, purchasing, or inventory management, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective supplier management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to ethical purchasing practices.
