We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Reporting Manager & IFRS 17 Lead to join our growing finance team in Jakarta. In this high-impact role, you will be the technical authority for financial reporting standards, specifically driving the implementation and maintenance of IFRS 17 within our accounting framework.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial statements are accurate, compliant, and transparent. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and ongoing reporting process for IFRS 17 requirements.
- Prepare and review comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Oversee the reconciliation between actuarial models and accounting ledgers to ensure data integrity.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to strict reporting deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues and regulatory changes to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial reviews and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proven technical knowledge of IFRS 17 standards and their practical application.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for professional reporting.
