Lippo General Insurance seeks a dynamic Accounting Senior Officer to lead our financial operations and drive accurate reporting, compliance excellence, and strategic financial insights. You will oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations while providing actionable data to support business decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with SAI standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare accurate financial statements (BS, PL, CF) for management and regulatory reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Coordinate internal/external audits and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain financial systems documentation and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAI) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
