Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee statutory reporting requirements, ensuring all filings are compliant with Indonesian regulatory bodies.
- Manage the full cycle of management reporting, providing insightful analysis of variances and business performance to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and timely resolution of findings.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and review ledger entries to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in the development and documentation of internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the tax department in preparing documentation and reconciliations for corporate and operational tax reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial and statutory reporting.
- Strong technical knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP or Oracle experience is a major plus) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
