Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accurate financial records and audit trails.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve account discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to input and track financial transactions.
- Support the month-end close procedures and assist in variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) or US GAAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
