Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex accounting reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable or receivable processes according to company policy.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial statements for accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure strict adherence to reporting timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior associates to foster team growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural team environment.
