Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complex accounting transactions and reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and global accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the ERP system.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial services.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
