Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, install, and customize accounting software packages (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) to align with client business workflows.
- Provide comprehensive training and onboarding sessions to clients to ensure they maximize the software's features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve software bugs to ensure uninterrupted financial operations.
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on user experience and new feature requests.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and standard operating procedures for all implemented solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via various channels, ensuring high client satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience with major accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail when handling financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of training non-technical users effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to be based in Taguig City (BGC) for occasional team meetings or onboarding.
