In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring precise record-keeping, and driving fiscal compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting processes, from daily transaction recording to the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh).
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian PSAK standards and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional team environment.
