Join Saga Contractor's dynamic finance team as an Accounting Specialist where you'll drive financial excellence through meticulous transaction recording, reconciliation, and comprehensive financial reporting. This critical role involves managing tax compliance, monitoring cash flow, and overseeing payroll operations to ensure organizational financial health. You'll collaborate with department heads to analyze financial trends, prepare accurate financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow), and implement efficient accounting processes. Your expertise will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance, making you an invaluable asset to our growing construction firm.
Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately record and categorize all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Perform monthly/quarterly account reconciliations for bank accounts, receivables, and payables
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Manage tax compliance including monthly/annual tax calculations and submissions
- Monitor cash flow projections and working capital optimization
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Assist in internal audits and external financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, MYOB, or Zahir)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
