Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions within the SAP ERP system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local Indonesian accounting standards.
- Oversee tax compliance, including the calculation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting to support operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing and trading to ensure cost efficiency and budgetary control.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear, organized documentation and reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal financial controls to mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Proficiency in SAP is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and IFRS reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for financial modeling).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
