Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with the FAT team to handle tax reporting (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) and compliance filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and petty cash control.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and support budget variance analysis to assist management decision-making.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and archiving systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Xero, or Accurate).
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Professional fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
