Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Coordinate with management to monitor budgets and track expenses effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN) and statutory filings.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of staff compensation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase financial accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or Accurate).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Deep understanding of local Indonesian accounting principles and tax laws.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
