Aim Medical Technology Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting Specialist to join us for a critical 3-month project. We are currently undergoing a major digital transformation and require an experienced professional to lead our financial data migration from Mekari Jurnal (legacy ERP) to Kingdee ERP.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring data integrity, reconciling financial records during the transition, and setting up our new financial reporting structure within the Kingdee ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who excels in system implementation, data analysis, and process optimization within the medical technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, hands-on experience with ERP migration, and the ability to work independently to meet strict project deadlines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the comprehensive migration of financial data from Mekari Jurnal to Kingdee ERP.
- Perform meticulous data cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure accuracy post-migration.
- Reconcile legacy financial reports with the new Kingdee environment to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with IT and finance stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
- Maintain compliance with local tax and financial reporting standards throughout the data transition.
- Assist in the configuration of chart of accounts, cost centers, and reporting modules in Kingdee.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the finance management team regarding migration milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial systems management.
- Proven track record in ERP migration projects (experience with Kingdee or similar enterprise systems is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Mekari Jurnal and MS Excel (advanced data manipulation skills).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a 3-month project duration in Jakarta Barat.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
