We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Kebab Dara & Cokoteh, located in the heart of Pekanbaru Kota, Riau. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, managing receipts, and handling payments with precision, while also reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the accounting department to support daily financial operations, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and assist in budget management. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles, demonstrates excellent numerical aptitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitoring of expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
- Manage electronic and physical filing of accounting documents.
- Participate in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) is a plus.
