Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping activities and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify internal financial documents for accuracy.
- Support the annual audit process and provide necessary documentation for internal and external auditors.
- Coordinate with different departments to manage operational expenses and budget tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur.
