Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely documentation of invoices and payment vouchers.
- Monitor tax obligations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and physical/digital documentation.
- Support the annual audit process and provide necessary data for external auditors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an Accounting Staff or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
