Your primary responsibilities will involve executing precise stock opname calculations, meticulously verifying supporting documents for inventory data and mutations, and driving the costing process. You will be instrumental in determining and analyzing the components of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). We need someone who can not only process transactions accurately but also provide valuable insights to help us optimize costs and improve inventory control. You will work cross-functionally with our operations and logistics teams to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies swiftly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate stock opname calculations and prepare comprehensive inventory reports.
- Verify and reconcile supporting documents for all inventory data and mutations.
- Manage the costing process, including analyzing and determining Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) components.
- Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger accounts, and monthly financial statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with operational teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation and schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of stock opname procedures, inventory control, and cost accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed and based in Bali.
