Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions for farm and manufacturing operations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and inventory costing
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Coordinate external audits and maintain financial documentation
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control initiatives
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- 2+ years of accounting experience in agriculture/manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in PSAK or professional accounting body membership
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with report-writing capabilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business English
