Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions systematically.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenditure documentation.
- Support the finance department during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or administrative finance role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations (PPh/PPN).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and professional work ethics.
