PT Thriveways Trading Indonesia is a dynamic and rapidly growing international trading company. We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance and accounting department in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring local tax compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records to support our expanding global business operations.
As an Accounting Staff, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Finance Manager. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain daily bookkeeping activities, general ledger, and overall financial transactions.
- Prepare, verify, and process vendor invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Handle corporate tax compliance, including calculations, reporting, and filing of PPh (21, 23, 4(2), 25) and VAT (PPN).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor corporate cash flow status.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial reviews and audits.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all financial documentation for auditing and reference purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as an Accounting Staff or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (holding a Brevet A & B certification is a major advantage).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and robust analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to liaise with international partners.
