You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and supporting the daily accounting functions of our diverse business units. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with standard accounting practices.
  • Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Support the finance department in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track project-related costs, particularly within our property development divisions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
  • Domiciled or willing to be stationed in Kabupaten Bogor.
