Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with standard accounting practices.
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns (PPh, PPN) and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Support the finance department in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track project-related costs, particularly within our property development divisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
- Domiciled or willing to be stationed in Kabupaten Bogor.
