Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and daily accounting transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Manage tax reporting obligations in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal financial workflows.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and accounting principles (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
