You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting tax reporting processes, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory compliance. We provide a collaborative atmosphere where your analytical skills will be sharpened and your contributions will be highly visible.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records for various clients.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Organize and maintain financial filing systems, ensuring all documents are audit-ready.
- Assist in tax preparation and reporting processes in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct professional client visitations as required for data gathering and financial verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and advisory support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within the Surabaya area.
