Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily operational accounting tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining the general ledger.
- Ensure the accuracy of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Support the team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with tax reporting (PPh, PPN) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track expenditures and budgets.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
