In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate recording, summarizing, and reporting of all business transactions.
As our Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial records, assisting in the preparation of key financial statements, and providing clear insights into our operational costs. We are looking for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the general ledger.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash, bank, and petty cash accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory reports.
- Monitor company expenditures and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
- Organize and maintain orderly financial filing systems and digital documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (PSAK) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Badung, Bali.
