Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all ledger entries are balanced correctly.
- Handle tax documentation and support the tax filing process in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of monthly or annual budgets.
- Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure physical and digital document filing systems are up to date.
- Coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants as required to ensure financial transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
