In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day transactions, and supporting our management team with essential financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure all ledger entries are balanced correctly.
  • Handle tax documentation and support the tax filing process in compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of monthly or annual budgets.
  • Maintain well-organized financial records and ensure physical and digital document filing systems are up to date.
  • Coordinate with external auditors or tax consultants as required to ensure financial transparency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
