PT BPR Tata Karya Indonesia is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Staff to strengthen our finance team in Jakarta Utara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring ledger accuracy, and supporting the preparation of periodic financial reports.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local banking regulations.
- Prepare tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT) accurately and ensure timely submission to tax authorities.
- Monitor and manage petty cash accounts and operational expenses.
- Maintain systematic financial documentation and filing systems for audit readiness.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the banking or BPR industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian taxation laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under strict deadlines.
- Discipline, integrity, and high level of professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.
