Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily and monthly accounting operations including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly/annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform regular tax reconciliation to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Conduct stock and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical assets and system data.
- Process and analyze complex manufacturing data, providing detailed reports to management.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation for all financial transactions and audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting.
- Ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to data management.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
